XTrack PRO is designed with privacy as a core principle. Portfolio records, wallet addresses, CSV imports, notes, tax settings, alerts and reports are stored on your device unless you choose to export or share them. Trial, licensing, subscription, support and security activity requires limited account information to be stored in our licensing database.
When you start a trial, activate a license, purchase a subscription or contact support, we may collect your name, email address, optional business/entity name, optional phone number, license/trial status, device identifier, trial token, IP hash, user-agent hash, subscription identifiers and related system activity.
Your name, email address, optional business/entity name and optional phone number are stored only for XTrack PRO account, trial, licensing, subscription, support, security and system activity purposes. We do not sell this information, use it for paid advertising, or share it with marketing networks. We only disclose it to service providers needed to operate the system, such as Stripe for payments and Resend for transactional email, or where required by law.

This local portfolio data is under your control. You can export, delete, or clear it at any time through Settings - Clear All Data.
The app connects to external services to operate the product. These services have their own privacy policies.
If you connect an exchange via API key, your key and secret are stored encrypted in your device's local storage. They are not sold or shared with marketing networks. They are used only to make exchange requests needed by the app. We strongly recommend using read-only API keys, which cannot execute trades or move funds.
XTrack PRO contains no advertising of any kind. We do not display ads, collect data for advertising purposes, or share data with advertising networks.
The app does not include advertising analytics SDKs or third-party tracking SDKs. Backend records are used for trial, licensing, subscription, support, security and system activity.
This app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Data sent to XTrack PRO backend services is transmitted over HTTPS. Local app data is stored on your device. If you enable encrypted backup in Settings, your backup file is encrypted before export. Never enter seed phrases or private keys into XTrack PRO.
You can delete local app data through Settings - Clear All Data, or by uninstalling the app. To request deletion of trial, license or support profile data held by XTrack PRO, contact support@xtrackpro.com.au using the email address connected to your trial or license. Some payment, accounting, fraud prevention or legal records may need to be retained where required by law or legitimate business obligations.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
